Futures have unwound Monday's flattening, owing to the aforementioned U.S. Tsy market dynamics, with YM unchanged and XM -2.5.

  • This morning has seen the AOFM launch the new ACGB 1.00% November 2031, which will price tomorrow (see earlier bullet for broader details). General expectations look for A$15.0-20.0bn worth of issuance.
  • Corporate issuance has seen Korea Expressway taking IOIs for A$ 3-Year fixed and/or floating paper, Liberty Financial has mandated for potential A$ issuance and Suncorp has launched 15.25-Year NC5.25 subordinated notes.
  • The latest round of weekly ANZ consumer confidence data saw an uptick, but the metric still sits below 95.0.
  • Bills run unchanged to -1 through the reds.
  • The latest round of ABS payroll data and preliminary trade balance reading is due today.
