ADP Job Changer Wage Growth Sees Sharper Moderation

  • ADP wage growth saw a continued moderation in Y/Y growth in April that is now almost a year long.
  • The details showed a sharper - "dramatic" per the ADP press release - decline albeit to still very strong growth rates for job changers (13.2%, -1pps) along with a steadier continued decline for job stayers (6.7% Y/Y, -0.2pps).
  • The rate of job changer wage growth is the softest since Nov’21.
