Angola’s crude exports averaged 1.1mbd in Q3 2022, 80kbd higher than Nigeria over the same period according to Vortexa.

  • Nigeria’s declining export capacity, reduced crude production coupled with increased European demand for (sweet) West African grades has resulted in Angola taking the top spot as West Africa’s largest crude exporter in Q3 2022.
