US TSYS SUMMARY: Another cacaphony of trade headlines took Tsys and equities for
a ride overnight, with continued focus on China-U.S. talks in D.C. Thursday.
- Tsys earlier gained on reports that the talks may be curtailed, while others
pointing to the potential for concessions on both sides reversing O/N gains.
- Main narrative developing now seems to be for optimism on a 'partial deal'. 
- Latest hed from Fox suggests China delegation could stay thru Fri as
originally planned, depending on how today's talks go.
- After all said and done, little overall chg: Dec 10-Yr futures (TY) up 1/32 at
131-10 (L: 131-07 / H: 131-24).
- Curve mixed: 2-Yr yield is down 0.8bps at 1.4575%, 5-Yr is down 0.3bps at
1.4004%, 10-Yr is up 0.5bps at 1.5888%, and 30-Yr is up 1.5bps at 2.0993%.
- Sep Inflation at 0830ET is the obvious data highlight (also jobless claims).
- A few Fed speakers of note: SF`s Daly appears twice (1230ET and 1530ET), with
Clev`s Mester at 1730ET and Atl`s Bostic at 1830ET.
- Also heads up on Fed Board of Governors open meeting at 1400ET, nothing monpol
related (to vote on some final macro-pru rules for large banks).
