AUSSIE BONDS: Another quiet session for Aussie bonds, yields barely budging
across the curve and futures trading in a tight 2 tick ranges and head into the
close flat.
- Data releases were thin, the Q2 PPI figures saw a 0.5% rise on the month
(in-line with Q1) while the annual figure rose 1.7% (from 1.3% previously),
Aussie bonds were unreactive to the data.
- The AOFM sold 2028 bonds, the only auction of the week. The issue was taken
down well with strong cover thanks to a 22bp yield concession and a wider spread
with US debt. 
- The AOFM announced sales of 2028 and 2020 bonds for next week.
