API and EIA Data Delayed Due to US Holiday

ENERGY – What to watch

  • Saudi Aramco are expected to announce their official selling price for August early this week. The expectation is for the Arab Light crude OSP to Asia to be raised by 2.5$/bbl to a 9$/bbl differential to Oman-Dubai crude.
  • API and EIA oil inventory data will both be delayed by one day this week due to the US holiday yesterday.
  • No other data is expected today so the market will focus on any signs of changes to the supply disruptions and will follow the economic sentiment from financial markets.
