AUSSIE-KIWI: AUD/NZD has added 11 pips and trades at NZ$1.0573. The rate has
moved higher as NZD has shed the bulk of its strength garnered into yesterday's
close on the back of a beat in New Zealand's retail sales data.
- The rate is struggling to make headway beyond its 200-DMA at NZ$1.0571.

Consolidation above the 200-DMA would bring the psychological NZ$1.0600 barrier
into view, after it capped gains yesterday. On the flip side, a fall under
NZ$1.0548, yesterday's trough, would expose the low of Aug 26 at NZ$1.0522.
- The regional (Antipodean) focus today turns to a speech on "Unconventional
Monetary Policy: Some Lessons From Overseas" from RBA Governor Lowe.
