AUSSIE-KIWI: AUD/NZD has shed 13 pips during the lacklustre Asia-Pac session,
which saw the emergence of broader risk-off flows. The rate last sits at
NZ$1.0584, 16 pips worse off on the day.
- The rate tested support from Jun 15 low of NZ$1.0582, but failed to take out
the level so far. A clean break here would open up the 38.2% retracement of the
Mar 18 - Jun 2 rally & 100-DMA, which coincide at NZ$1.0543. On the flip side, a
rebound above Jul 6 high of NZ$1.0663 would clear the way to the 50-DMA at
NZ$1.0694.
