increase, on weaker energy prices.
-Core inflation also expected to slow slightly, +0.2% vs +0.3% in July 
-Wage growth has remained strong in recent months, with AHE +3.2% y/y in August,
and unit labor costs +2.6% q/q for Q2.
-Effects of China tariffs unlikely to be felt just yet, though recently
announced Sept. 1 and Dec. 1 tariffs that target consumer goods will likely
boost core CPI through the rest of the year
