AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bond futures continue to hover around their SFE session
lows, following the ebb and flow of broader market sentiment, as opposed to
idiosyncratic matters, as the latest I/L bond auction from the AOFM and familiar
tone re: the labour market and the wealth effect of house prices from RBA's
Ellis provided little to go off.
- YM last trades 0.5 tick lower, with XM -1.0 tick. YM/XM trades at 42.5, with
the cash equivalent at 38.0bp. The AU/U.S. 10-Year yield spread trades at
-63.4bp.
- Bills trade unchanged to 1 tick lower through the reds.
