trading +1.0 tick and unch. vs. their respective settlement levels.
- The AU/U.S. 10-Year yield spread continues to hover around record levels, last
-85.2bp.
- Local building approvals data was ignored by participants.
- Bills trade unchanged to 2 ticks higher through the reds with a recent spurt
of activity noted, although overall activity remains ordinary.
- RBA repo operations saw A$520mn worth of 21-day ops allotted at an average of
1.252%, A$625mn worth of 37-day ops allotted at an average of 1.266% & A$1.435bn
worth of 87-day ops allotted at an average of 1.235%.
- Focus tomorrow moves to Q2 CPI data.
