AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie Bonds followed Tsys during SYCOM trade, with Wall St.'s
recovery and positive close allowing Bond futures to pull back from session
highs. Contracts continue to deal around SYCOM closing levels, 1.5-2.0 ticks
higher on the day.
- YM/XM trades virtually unchanged at 52.50, while the cash 3-/10-Year yield
differential deals at ~45.4bp. The AU/U.S. 10-Year yield spread last trades at
~-42.0bp.
- Bills trade unchanged to 2 ticks higher in the whites and reds, with the RBA's
24-Day reverse repo ops conducted at 2.428%, with A$1.19bn dealt (year-end
funding pressures remain evident).
