*As expected the RBA left the OCR rate unchanged at 1.5% and continued with its
neutral bias. The bank noted an appreciating AUD would slow economic pick-up and
warned that high China debt levels remain a medium term risk
*Aside from this and on a positive note, the governor pointed out that prospects
for non-mining business investment had improved
*Aussie-dollar briefly made a show above $0.7700, touched react highs of $0.7701
before fading
*Rate continued to extend its corrective pullback into Europe, the surging
dollar linked to firmer UST yields/Nikkei 225 pressed to $0.7665
*The eur-usd break of $1.1600 triggered renewed supply with a deeper reversal to
$0.7652
*Recovery efforts have so far remained shallow as traders eye the reported
$1.1550 eur/usd barrier for direction. Light demand is reported on approach to
$0.7600 ($0.7603 - Jul11 low). Aussie last $0.7656.
