Europe $0.7914-46
*Aussie opened in Asia toward the lower side of yesterday's $0.7926 to $0.7974

North Korea and the US may escalate, keeping the Aussie on the back foot against
the greenback
*Despite this, Japanese account supply was countered by domestic corporate
demand to hold a narrow $0.7923-49 range
*Aussie-dollar opened heavy in Europe, rate eased to the $0.7925/30 area before
reported demand cushioned falls
*Rate was quick to pare early losses, squeezed to $0.7946 but with lack of
follow through drifted
*Persistent supply with added weight via the crosses turned sentiment, rate took
out support from the Asia low to print $0.7914
