AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie once again outperformed U.S. Tsys on the back of the latest
bout of Trump-inspired risk on flows, which has seen the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield
spread move to ~-52bp.
- SYCOM session highs have capped the 3-Year future thus far, while the domestic
3-/10-Year cash yield differential continues to operate in fairly neutral
territory, last ~59.5-60.0bp.
- RBA's Bullock failed to touch on MonPol during her address today, focusing on
banking sector specific matters.
- 3-Month BBSW fixed unchanged today, with Bills unchanged to 2 ticks lower
last.
- Repo rates ticked higher in today's operations.
- Focus now turns to Australian CPI data due tomorrow, with the space having no
reaction to today's building approvals release.
