Australia HIA: New Home Sales Fall to Lowest Since 2013

--New Home Sales -6.9% m/m in June
     SYDNEY (MNI) - From new home sales data for June published by Housing
Industry Association Monday:

New home sales           -6.9       -11.9
--Detached sales         -5.8       -10.2
--Multiunit sales       -10.7       -17.6
     TAKEAWAY: New home sales fell in June for the first time in three months,
compared with a 1.1% increase in May. With this decline, the volume of new home
sales fell to the lowest level since October 2013 in trend terms, and represents
a continuation of the decline since the peak was reached in mid-2015.
