AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Australian 10-year bond futures have risen to new highs following
the latest bond auction as a renewed drop in the Turkish lira and south African
rand saw increased appetite for safe haven assets. 
- The contract trades at 97.435 currently, consolidating its gains following its
break above the July 4 highs on Friday. 
- 10-year yields have also dropped below the July 4 lows, currently trading at
2.571%, honing in on the April 3 low. The 3-year future is underperforming and
is flat on the day. The 3s-10s curve has fallen 0.2bps to 53.5bps.
- The AU-US 10-year spread trades at -28.4bps, down 0.2bps.
