EONIA: Barclays have raised another interesting issue reading the rise in EONIA
fixing saying that the outlier transactions could be due to "one or a few banks
deciding to start borrowing in the overnight unsecured market from one of the
panel banks" instead of from ECB's Marginal Lending Facility at a rate of
+25bps, as it was slightly cheaper.
- Latest figures from the ECB show that the us of its Marginal Lending Facility
fell sharply on Thursday night to just E65mln from E286mln the night before.
