  • Speaking on Friday in a press conference to discuss inflation and growth projections for 2025, BCRP President Julio Velarde said that he expects inflation to stay near the 2% mark through 2026. The central bank sees inflation at 2% in both 2025 and 2026, following an expected 2.1% outturn this year, he said.
