Bid Extends As Chinese Assets Operate On The Defensive

US TSYS

Tsys extend higher on the back of the previously outlined weakness in Chinese assets, linked to the weekend developments in China re: COVID that we have already highlighted. That leaves the major cash Tsy benchmarks running 2.0-3.5bp richer, with the 3- to 10-Year zone leading the way higher. TYZ2 deals +0-05 at 112-14+, trading just off the peak of its 0-07+ range.
