  • Note: Biden this morning called for Russian President Vladimir Putin to face a war crimes trial for the reported killing of innocent civilians in the towns of Bucha and Irpin on the outskirts of Kyiv that were brought to light over the weekend. Biden: "This guy is brutal and what's happening in Bucha is outrageous."
  • The President may remark on this issue and new sanctions are expected to be announced soon.
