Biden To Tout "Builder President" Credentials On Infrastructure Tour

President Biden will shortly deliver remarks from New York City at the second leg of a three stop tour touting the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law as Biden continues to frame his administration as bipartisan and focused on infrastructure and industrial growth.

• The tour is designed to highlight the bipartisan legislative achievements of the Biden administration at a time when Congress is gridlocked by partisan squabbling.
• Biden will continue to fine-tune an economic message which will likely underpin his 2024 re-election campaign after remarks in Baltimore, Maryland yesterday claiming his administration has led to, "two of the strongest years of economic growth and job growth in American history... and we’re just getting started.”
• In Maryland, Biden also talked up another key pillar of his administration’s industrial policy, the Chips and Science Act: “Our economic agenda has ignited a boom in manufacturing, from semiconductors to electric vehicles to the advanced batteries that are going to power those vehicles.”
