Black Sea Oil Loading Suspension Resumes amid Storm

Oil loadings from Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiisk were suspended again Dec. 1 as a storm resumed, according to Reuters.

  • CPC loadings are continuing despite inclement weather.
  • Loadings has been suspended earlier in the week at both Russia's Black Sea Novorossiisk port and CPC terminal but resumed Nov. 30.
  • Around 2m b/d of Black Sea loadings have been disrupted by storms since Nov. 24.
