CHINA YUAN: Bloomberg headlines noting that the US is weighing a 60 day
extension to its tariff deadline, coming shortly after positive Chinese trade
figures, sent USDCNH down to daily lows but much of the drop has been recovered.
Yuan crosses are outperforming with EURCNH edging lower and CNHKRW breaking
above the 166 level to suggest a potential bull flag breakout. 
- A Reuters poll noted earlier that bullish bets on the yuan are at 10 month
highs suggesting optimism surrounding a trade deal has risen sharply.
- A resumption of yuan strength would likely require a narrowing in US-China
yield spreads which remain near cycle highs.
