US TSYS/7Y: BMO analyst Ian Lyngen said today's 7-year Tsy note auction "was
strong with a through (stop) of 1.0 bp and non-dealer bidding of 85.4% vs. 79.8%
average." He added that the  7-year auction "stops at 1.941% vs. 1.951% 1 PM.
Dealers were awarded 14.6% vs. 20.2% average 7-year auctions. Indirects get
68.8% vs. 68.5% norm. Directs take 16.6% vs. 11.3% average."
- However he noted that the "bid/cover was 2.46x vs. 2.55x average."
