  • Korea’s 10YR bond future is down -0.07 today at 118.05.
  • This follows yesterday’s down day, with the combined move lower pushing the contract through the 50-day EMA of 118.03, briefly.
  • Korea’s 3YR bond future is down -0.05 at 106.60, its second day of losses, pushing it through the 100-day EMA of 106.62.  The next key level is the 200-day EMA of 106.54.
  • There is an element of optimism creeping into Korean markets with the implementation of tariffs likely delayed and a supplementary budget on the agenda.
  • Korea’s equity market is up again today, marking its sixth successive day of gains.
  • Thursday see’s Korea’s PPI y/y and consumer confidence as the next key data releases.
