AUSSIE BONDS: Bonds are roughly were we closed at the end of Tuesday's SFE
session, with the domestic 3-/10-Year yield spread flattening back below 56bp
and the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield differential continuing to hover around -24bp.
- 10-Year futures closed below the bull channel base off of the May lows on
Monday, with the contract now sandwiched between its key MA's.
- 3-Month BBSW fixed ~0.2bp lower, with the bill strip last trading unchanged to
3 ticks softer than settlement.
- AU CPI provides the headline risk event today, but traders should also look to
the domestic skilled vacancies print.
