EURO-STERLING: Bounce back from its early Europe traded low of Gbp0.8897 touched
a high of Gbp0.8918 as market reacted to comments from BOE Carney on BBC R4,
justifying a the rate hike but warns the possibility of a Brexit no-deal
uncomfortably high. Cable dropped through $1.3000 same time to post a fresh
intraday low of $1.2986. Sterling holding heavy at writing, though off worst
levels. Next resistance in the cross seen at the Aug2 high of Gbp0.8925.
