BP’s Rotterdam refinery suffered an unplanned shutdown on a key gasoline-making unit according to Bloomberg sources.

  • French strikes have hit fuel supplies in Europe and gasoline’s premium to Brent crude is at a seasonal high with added pressure because of the Russian oil product ban since Feb 5.
