The Attorney General's 'legal risk remains unchanged' comments pressured
sterling across the board. GBPUSD gapped to react lows of 1.3004, before
recovering back above 1.31. Bulls need a close above 1.32 to change the
short-term outlook, targeting a break of the 100-wma at 1.3215. Downside focus
remains on the 1.30 level & 200-dma at 1.2984. A close below here would see
bears regain control, targeting the 50% retracement level & 100-dma at
1.2896/85.
