BUNDS: Broader risk-off flows supported German FI futures overnight after Bunds
went out near session highs on Wednesday; Schatz +0.5 tick, Bobls +7.0 ticks,
Bunds +25 ticks.
- Recent sessions have seen focus fall on ASW spread dynamics in the German FI
space, which of the move attributed to EURIBOR fixing patterns & the BTP/Bund
spread dynamic.
- Focus today moves to the European Parliament elections, regional flash PMIs,
final German GDP data and the latest IFO survey. On the central bank front ECB's
de Guindos & Nowotny will speak, while we will get the release of the minutes
from the most recent ECB MonPol decision.
