Bund's life time Yield

BUNDS
  • As noted on the Open, Bund just fell short of 2.85%, likely on some receiving interest Yesterday.
  • This morning, we have now cleared that level, printing a 2.876% high.
  • So far, downside in futures has been somewhat limited as investors await a clearer picture on the German CPIs, but for now, these look to be brushed aside, as Yields continues to push to new multi Months, multi Years highs across the Globe.
  • Looking further out and through the historical life time of the German 10yr Yield, some might look at the next Psychological 2.90%.

Reference 128.28:

  • 2.900% = 127.89.
  • 2.927% = 127.62 (38.2% retrace of Sep 1990/March 2020 fall).
  • 2.950% = 127.39.
  • 3.000% = 126.88.
