CANADA: Canada PM Justin Trudeau: "We deplore what China did" with "randomly"
and "arbitrarily" arresting two citizens, and said he must send the message that
kind of move "doesn't give you leverage over the government of Canada."
-Strongest comments yet saying govt won't intervene in trial of Huawei executive
Meng Wanzhou, who was arrested after U.S. extradition request. Follows letter
from former Canada diplomats saying government should use its power to release
her. 
-"We will not give into these political pressures" and must uphold "the
independence of the judicial system."
-Trudeau says China has now clearly linked the arrest of 2 Canadians to
releasing Meng.
-China has also curtailed purchases of major Canada farm products amid dispute.
China says Canada is doing dirty work of the US and Meng has committed no crime.
