Chevron Aims to Raise Gas Sales to Egypt from Tamar Gas Field

Chevron aims to increase gas sales from its Tamar gas field to Egypt to an additional 43bcm of gas, in additional to the already contracted 25.3bcm contracted to 2034 according to Mees.

  • “The Tamar partners will undertake to supply the buyer with an additional total contract quantity of 43bcm beyond the quantity determined in the export agreement and this by the end of the term of the export agreement,” Tamar Petroleum said.
