Chevron Expects Full CPC Terminal Return November

Chevron expects crude flows at full production via the CPC pipeline in November according to its finance chief today.

  • Two of the three loading terminals in the Black Sea have been out of action since August after a summer of numerous issues.
  • Chevron CFO Pierre Brebar said he expects CPC repairs to conclude in weeks or less. The company has been assessing options such as rail to get oil out of the country because of the persistent issues at the terminal.
  • CPC has declined to commit to an expected completed repair date in its latest comments on the matter.
