China FX Reserves Seen Stable after Drop: News

China's foreign reserve are likely to be stable following a 0.5% dip at the end of October from the previous month, Shanghai Securities News reported citing Wen Bin, a researcher from China Minsheng Bank. Foreign reserves fell by USD14.6 billion to USD3.13 trillion month on month. Growing overseas demand for Chinese exports and capital inflow should continue to support forex reserves after the dip, which authorities attributed mainly to changes in valuation, Wen said.
