Chinese teapots have been seen importing more crude from West Africa according to OilChem. The types of crude primarily include Djeno, Mostarda, and Pazflor.

  • The first batch of cargoes will probably arrive in China by the end of December 2024.
  • The lower availability and weaker discounts on sanctioned grades from Iran and Russia have been pushing CHiense buyers towards WAF and Middle East crude recently.
