CHINA: China will begin a campaign to clamp down on violators of
foreign-invested firms' intellectual property rights from September to December,
according to a statement on the website of the Ministry of Commerce. The plan
requires related government bodies to hold to account entities that have
committed illegal practices such as copyright infringements and stealing foreign
firms' commercial secrets, the ministry said.
