CHINA PRESS: China will not see the property market this year grow as sharply as
before, said Li Yang, former member of the PBOC Monetary Policy Committee and
director of the Finance Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, on
Monday, according to The Paper on Monday night. 
  - Deleveraging is needed in Tier-2, Tier-3 and Tier-4 cities: Li; 
  - The Chinese government's strict regulation, including on diversifying land
supply and developing the housing rental market, will continue to shape the
sector healthily, he said.
