CHINA: China will raise both gasoline and diesel prices by CNY70 per ton,
starting Friday, the National Development and Reform Commission, China's main
economic planning agency, announced on its website Thursday. The adjustment is
due to price changes in both domestic and international crude oil markets, the
NDRC said. It is the llth price hike in gas and diesel prices so far this year.
The NDRC hiked prices in its last adjustment, on Nov. 16, when it raised
gasoline and diesel prices by CNY265 and CNY250 per ton, respectively.
