CHINA PRESS: Chinese authorities should step up infrastructure investment to
stabilize the economy through selling local government special-purpose bonds and
providing financial supports through policy banks, according to China Securities
Journal. A commentary published on the journal's front page said the outbreak of
the coronavirus largely impacted the GDP of Q1 and historically took up the
smallest portion of total growth.
