BUNDS: Commerzbank says that Bunds "may face more volatile trading in the
pre-Easter week. Specifically, the mounting liquidity drought coupled with
spiking inflation figures out of Germany may cause investor unease going into
next week. However, their concerns should be dispelled once we strip out adverse
calendar effects. Add an above-average duration extension in the E-iBoxx
Sovereign index, and also negative net EGB supply, and the long end starts to
look reasonably well supported. We hence suggest buying Bunds into dips".
