EGB SUMMARY: Core EGBs remain weaker in the aftermath of last night's risk-on
U.K. Brexit vote, but have gained some ground over the course of Thursday
morning.
- The Jun 19 Bund future is down 19 ticks at 164.28, off low of 164.11 earlier.
Bunds ticked up to 164.40 on a Bloomberg headline around 1000GMT of a delayed
Trump-Xi trade summit, though.
- The 2-Yr German yield is up 0.5bps at -0.543%, 5-Yr is up 1.1bps at -0.347%,
10-Yr is up 1.4bps at 0.079%, and 30-Yr is up 0.9bps at 0.74%.
- It's risk-on for the periphery as well, with Jun 19 BTP futures up 57 ticks at
129.07. 10-Yr spread vs Bunds down 5.5bps at 243.3bps.
- Spreads tighter across the space: 10-Yr Spain vs Bunds down 2.4bps at 110bps,
Portugal down 3bps at 125bps, Greece down 4.3bps at 372.1bps.
- French OAT spreads continue to move tighter; 10-Yr vs Bunds last in 1.8bps at
38.3bps.
- ECB's Visco makes an appearance in Naples at 1600GMT.
