Y/Y CPI fell short of expectations in Aug with the index falling to 
1.7% in contrast to market forecast of a drop to 1.9%. This month's fall 
was the sharpest y/y slowdown against the previous month since Dec 2014. 
Recreational and culture goods drove the decline, while food and 
non-alcoholic beverages and miscellaneuous goods saw the only y/y gains. 
Output PPI declined by 0.1% m/m and slowed to 1.6% y/y, missing market 
expectations of a 0.1pp y/y drop. Input prices fell 0.1% m/m and 0.8% 
y/y.
