CROSS ASSET: Treasuries remain elevated, Yen finds another bid

CROSS ASSET
  • The US Tnotes (TYH5) is still elevated, while the 10yr Yield hovers just above 4.20%, not really seen as an immediate support this time around for Yield.
  • For the outright futures, next resistance comes at 111.13.
  • For the 10yr Yield, a clear break through the 4.20% level, will open to the more interesting area of 4.1548% very short term retrace of the Sep/Nov range.
  • Today, this level would equate just above the noted futures level at 111.15+
  • USDJPY is dipping lower, lower Yield are helping, but this latest move seems to be some spillovers from GBPJPY and AUDJPY selling, both at their respectives lows.
