Curve bear steepens in early Asia cash......>

US TSYS
US TSYS: Curve bear steepens in early Asia cash trade, with yields 2.0-5.8bp
cheaper on the well-flagged STAT story we mentioned earlier (including potential
caveats). T-Notes edged a little lower after the cash open, last -0-20 at
13-19+, a little off lows, with e-minis a touch shy of best levels and Japan's
Nikkei 225 well bid.
- T-Notes volume a healthy 105K thus far, well above the very recent Asia norms.
- Swap curve also steepens, but spreads narrow marginally vs. Tsys.
