EIA data showed Cushing inventories continue to edge higher to the highest since May.
- Stocks are increasing during the seasonal refinery maintenance period but could start to decline again when they start to return from outages.
- WTI-Brent spread traded as wide as -8.7$/bbl yesterday but has since close back to -7.8$/bbl.
