Czech Republic Not Facing Gas Outages

Gas supply to the Czech Republic remains steady according to the Czech Industry Minister Jozef Sikela after Gazprom cut flows through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline headed for Europe. The pipeline is set to run at 40% capacity.

  • "Gas supplies to the Czech Republic are smooth and not showing any outages," he said on Twitter.
  • The Czech Republic is almost solely dependent on Russia for gas.
