FED: Dallas' Kaplan, a 2020 FOMC voter, and considered fairly neutral, says in a
Q&A that he still sees U.S. `solid growth` this year, though weaker Boeing
production and the coronavirus`s impact on global growth will weigh.
- Yesterday SF's Daly, non-2020 voter and dovish-leaning, said she was not
looking for coronavirus to "do anything material to our economy'.
- So far doesn't sound like FOMC is that concerned about coronavirus impact at
this stage; more concerned about Boeing, which Kaplan said could trim up to 0.4
percentage points from growth in the first two quarters of 2020.
