Day ahead- Supplies and speakers in focus

BUNDS
  • Bund and Global Govies are once again underpinned, mostly expected this week, as the Russia tension "Tit for tat" game continues.
  • The FOMC minutes revealed very little new, and most investors keep their eyes on yields level, with plenty of interest from OTC traders, parking their cash in Govies, given the risk off tone on Geopolitical risk, and the potential impact on the pace of the Economic recovery from the expected Global hiking cycle pace.
  • Once again no tier 1 data for today, with focus on Inflation and Growth data going forward.
  • US IJC is no longer a market mover since it has fallen under a certain threshold.
  • ECB publishes Economic bulletin.
  • SUPPLIES: Early focus for Europe will be on Supplies, Spain 5, 10s, France 3, 5, 7s, and US 30yr $9bn TIPS, won't have an impact on Treasuries.
  • SPEAKERS: Let's keep watch on speakers today, ECB de Cos, Lane, Fed Bullard and Mester, both are talking about Economy and Policy Outlook.
